Privacy Policy

  •  Refund Policy

Biolab Diagnostics Ltd. is committed to providing accurate and reliable diagnostic services. If any test report is verified and found missing, incomplete, or technically incorrect due to laboratory error, Biolab Diagnostics Ltd. will provide a full refund for the affected test. If Biolab Diagnostics fails to deliver the report within the committed Turnaround Time (TAT) due to internal reasons, the patient will be eligible for: A full refund, or Free repeat testing, subject to feasibility. All refund requests are processed only after internal quality verification.

  •  Report Collection & Retention Policy

Patients are required to collect or download their reports within 30 days from the report release date. If a patient does not collect the report within 30 days and later requests a copy, the patient may be required to pay a report re-issuance or service charge. Biolab Diagnostics is not responsible for report loss or delay caused by patient inaction after the report is issued.

  • No-Refund Policy (Completed Services)

Once a test is completed successfully and The report is accurate, complete, and delivered within the stated TAT, no refund will be applicable. Refunds are not provided based on medical interpretation, patient dissatisfaction, or treatment outcomes.

  •  Payment Policy

All test payments must be completed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any additional tests requested after sample collection will require separate payment. 

  • Sample Acceptance Policy

Samples must meet required quality, volume, and handling standards. Biolab Diagnostics reserves the right to reject unsuitable samples. If rejection occurs due to patient or third-party collection error, re-collection charges may apply.

  •  Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

All patient information and test results are handled with strict confidentiality. Reports are shared only with the patient or authorized persons. Biolab Diagnostics follows ethical and data-protection practices to safeguard patient information.
