Refund Policy

If any test report is missing, incomplete, or incorrect due to laboratory error, or if Biolab Diagnostics fails to deliver the report within the committed TAT, a full refund or free repeat test will be provided after verification.

Report Collection Policy

Patients must collect or download reports within 30 days of release. After 30 days, report re-issuance may require an additional service charge.

No Refund Policy

No refund is applicable once a test is completed successfully and the report is accurate and delivered on time.

Payment Policy

All tests require advance payment. Prices are subject to change. Additional tests require separate payment.

Sample Policy

Samples must meet required standards. Unsuitable samples may be rejected, and re-collection charges may apply.

Privacy Policy

All patient data and reports are handled with strict confidentiality.
